Kimpton Home Utility

Overview of the project:

As part of an ongoing interior and exterior renovation in Kimpton, we have recently completed this utility refurbishment.

Goals:

The clients had already made great use of this space as a utility but it needed updating and to make better use of this small area.

By stacking the dryer on the washing machine and adding tall wall units we have managed to squeeze in another 2 storage units, with the addition of running a small side counter for organising laundry.

Installing the black ladder radiator for drying heavy clothing saves space and using the same colour cabinets and quartz countertops to match the shortly completed kitchen provides consistency.
